Do you have jobs which you need to track expenses and revenue against.  Our job costing allows you to create budgets for any trade or vendor and TeamBooks will warn you if they go over their budget.  You can also  track holdbacks for your trades and your customers by entering the percentage of holdback and the number of days.

PROJECT COSTING,
TeamBooks Project Costing allows you to create new customer projects and issue work-orders and tasks against these projects.  Tie that into our scheduler package which can schedule these tasks you have a very powerful project tracking software.   To top this off we also create the functionality to create project templates.  So if you have projects which are very similar in nature you can create a project template and then with a push of a button create a new project for a customer and issue work-orders against this project automatically.
