Choosing a software manufacturer is one of the most important tasks that your company can do.  The right software package should not only help you track costs and produce invoices, but it should aid you in gaining new customers, servicing your existing customers better, and ensure you produce the highest profit possible.  At TeamBooks we take this job very serious.  Over the years we have held our customer’s hands as they have gone live with our software.  Proper configuration and installation can be the difference between disaster and success.    

The following is our process on how we work with our customer:

Phase One - Consultation
The initial consultation before the purchase gives us a good idea on what your company does.   As we have experience with hundreds of different companies in multiple industries, we catch on quick.

Phase Two – Training
We ask that you send two persons.  This training is either done in classroom or in our virtual on-line classroom.  At this stage we also find out if there are any additional processes you might need that were not mapped out in Phase One and we ensure this is done during Phase Three.

Phase Three – Installation and Configuration
This is the stage on when you start going live with the package.  At this stage we can convert your existing Accounting Package over to TeamBooks as well as install it on all machines on your network.  

Phase Four – Roll Out
You're live but now the rest of your staff need to adjust to the new system.  We're there for you.  We will send a trainer on site for the first week to two weeks until the rest of the staff get comfortable using TeamBooks.  This training period is adjusted depending on your company size and how experienced your staff is on computers. 

Phase Five – Go Live
From before Phase One until now you have been using your existing software alongside TeamBooks.  We now compare financials to ensure configuration and staff usage has been accurate.  This is the stage you've been waiting for; you can now go live 100% on TeamBooks.

This whole process can take anywhere from 1 month to 6 months depending on how much time your key personnel can commit to the project.  The main thing is we are there for you throughout the 5 Phases sharing our experiences with you to ensure a happy live date.
